Acceptance of exchange and return policy:
For your safety, consumers are not allowed to return or exchange food products.
The customer can cancel the order if no more than 10 hours have passed or if a shipping policy has not been issued and the shipment status has been changed to (executed).
The store is not responsible for the expiration of products due to customers entering their data incorrectly, which results in a delay in delivering the products to them.
Policy of the customer not receiving the products after they have been shipped with the shipping company:
The customer did not receive the shipment and the customer wants to return the shipment to him again:
1- If the shipment was sent to the customer and the customer did not receive his shipment for any reason and the customer wants to reship the order to him again, the customer will bear the following costs:
A- The value of returning the shipment.
B- The value of recharging again.
The customer's request to resend the shipment will not be approved if more than 10 days have passed from the date of returning the shipment to the store. The shipment will be considered cancelled and we will not be able to refund the money or reship.
This is due to the nature of food and its expiration date.
The store will not bear any responsibility if the reshipment takes a long time, which may lead to the expiration of some food items.
Not receiving the shipment and not wanting to reship:
2- In the event that the customer does not receive the product sent to him by the shipping company and the customer wishes to recover the money, the following amounts will be deducted:
A- The shipping amount will be deducted from the entire invoice.
B- The amount of the return shipment will be deducted from the entire invoice.
C- A fixed operating fee of 10 riyals will be deducted from the entire bill.
D- The value of expired products.
The customer's refund request will not be approved if more than 10 days have passed from the date of returning the shipment to the store. The shipment will be considered cancelled and we will not be able to refund the amount to the customer or reship.
This is due to the nature of food and its expiration date.
